What Happens If I crash Watercraft?
If it is an emergency situation, call 911 immediately and know your location or GPS to give to authorities. Make sure everyone is afloat and okay, administer first aid if needed.
If it is a non-emergency, please contact us at the Marina (573) 348-1233 for assistance and instructions on handling your situation. If the accident involves another vessel, then please collect the following from the driver:
Name
Phone Number
Address / State
Boat Registration Number
Insurance Info
If the vessel is still operable, please return immediately to the Marina after contacting us.
What are the Cancellation Policies?
If you need to cancel your booking, you will need to call the Marina and provide a minimum 48-hour notice for a full deposit refund. 24-hour notices will be refunded up to 50% of the deposit. Any notice less than 24 hours or a no-show will not be refunded.
What If I get lost on the lake?
If you get lost on the lake, you should contact the Marina immediately for assistance.
How much Deposit is due?
Deposits will vary depending on the type of vessel you are renting. All deposits are categorized as refundable with the exception of the pet fee.
Is Fuel an Additional Cost and where do I get fuel?
Our Marinas offer fuel. Any fill up after departure is the Renters responsibility.
Can We Take a Rental boat out at night?
We want you to enjoy as much time with your boat as possible. In order to provide you with a safe boating experience, you must have your boat returned no later than 6:00 pm. Boats returned after this time are subject to additional charges.
Do I need special training to operate a watercraft?
We will provide you with basic instructions on how to operate your boat. However, if you are born after Jan 1st 1984, you must possess a Boating Safety ID Card to operate any watercraft on the lake. This can be done at www.boat-ed.com
How will I know which location my rental is at?
Pick-up and return locations are confirmed in your reservation confirmation with addresses and map links.
Where can I go?
We want you to enjoy exploring the Lake, but there are some limitations to how far you can take your Rental.
Do you allow pets on the boat?
We welcome your furry friends while you enjoy your boat rental. We do ask for a pet fee of $30 in addition to your rental fee (this in non-refundable).
Can I fish from my boat?
Yes, you can fish from your boat. We have a full line of fishing supplies in our marina store including bait. We’d love to get you all set up to catch that big one.
Can I purchase food and supplies at the Marina?
We are excited to share our new menu in our expanded grab-and-go food and beverage center. Our Marina also carries a large selection of souvenirs along with essentials to make the most of your day on the lake. Come explore our stores before you head out on the water!
